Revolt Week 4 and 5 Report

I an a bit late in posting, it has been a hectic week! I am happy to say I am still on track. I have not strayed from the diet or exercise this week, and I am feeling stronger, and have more energy. I am loving the food, and loving the program!
Last week I told you about the work outs, this week I want to talk about the food. Oh, the delicious food!
Steak, chicken, salad. Yum. One of the things that makes Revolt different is how well we eat. I have watched people on different diets, and they are always looking at what other people are eating and feel jealous. Not on Revolt. The recipes are easy to follow, and the food is amazing! My husband even has some of the meals with me because they are just that good!

Here is an example of what we get to eat:
Ricotta and strawberries
Herb crusted steak
Grilled chicken and sweet potato fries
breakfast burritos
mango smoothies

And this is just a sample! Each week is filled with new delicious food! I am not even tempted when my family is out roasting hotdogs. I get to eat clean, healthy, fat burning food, and I see results.
So far I have lost 12 pounds! It is so much easier to resist temptations when you see results so quickly. My clothes are getting loose, and I feel great. My husband says I am happier too.
Even though it has only been 5 weeks, I am so sold on this program!

I want to see more people jump on board, and join the uprising. Who says that diet has to be boring? Or bland. Join our uprising on Monday, you WILL see results. You CAN change your life.
For only $10 a month you can have access to an amazing personal trainer, great recipes in the diet plan, and a support system filled by real people, struggling, succeeding, working. Join now!
